1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or engaging any Heritora service, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Use of this website constitutes acceptance of these terms.

3. Description of Services

Heritora provides educational and organisational services related to estate processes, document management, and family heritage recording. Our services are educational in nature and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice of any kind. Where formal professional assistance is required, we direct clients toward appropriate qualified practitioners.

Services are available in person at our Hat Yai office and by video call, subject to availability. We reserve the right to adjust session formats as necessary.

4. Service-Specific Terms

Estate Process Learning Series (฿3,800)

This service provides general educational information about how estate and inheritance processes work in Thailand. It does not include legal advice, document preparation, or formal representation. All information provided refers to publicly available sources and is for educational purposes only.

Document Inventory Service (฿13,500)

This service provides organisational support to help you create and label a personal document inventory. We do not take custody of, store, or file documents on your behalf at any point. The templates produced are yours to maintain independently.

Lasting Memories Workshop (฿28,500)

This is a multi-session creative and reflective writing programme. The personal letters and keepsake materials produced are not formal legal documents and do not carry legal standing. Sessions are typically spread over several weeks. Payment schedule options may be discussed at the point of booking.

5. Payment

All prices are stated in Thai Baht (THB). Payment is due prior to or at the commencement of services unless a payment schedule has been agreed in writing. We accept payment by bank transfer. Prices are subject to change; confirmed bookings will honour the price stated at the time of booking.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may result in a session charge being applied. We will endeavour to be reasonable in exceptional circumstances — please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.

7. User Responsibilities

8. Intellectual Property

All templates, summaries, glossaries, and other materials produced by Heritora remain the intellectual property of Heritora unless otherwise agreed. Clients are granted a non-exclusive licence to use materials for personal, non-commercial household purposes. Materials may not be shared commercially or published without written consent.

9. Confidentiality

All information shared with us during consultations and sessions is treated as confidential. We do not share client information with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by Thai law.

10. Disclaimers

Heritora's services are provided for educational and organisational purposes only. We make no representations about specific outcomes. Educational information reflects publicly available sources at the time of session delivery and does not account for individual circumstances. Nothing in our services constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Heritora's liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from our negligence causing personal injury or to any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Termination

Either party may end a service engagement by written notice. If Heritora terminates a service for reasons other than client breach, any unused portion of fees paid will be refunded on a pro-rata basis. If a client terminates after services have commenced, fees for completed sessions are non-refundable.

13. Dispute Resolution

We encourage clients to raise any concerns directly with us in the first instance by contacting [email protected]. We will aim to resolve concerns within 14 days. These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Songkhla Province.
