Is Heritora a legal firm or a notary service? +
No. Heritora is an educational and organisational service. We do not give legal or financial advice, draft formal documents, or act on your behalf in any official capacity. Where formal professional help is needed, we are happy to explain what kind of practitioner to look for.
How does the Document Inventory Service work in practice? +
We work with you — in person or remotely — to identify the categories of documents your household holds: identification, property, financial accounts, insurance, and so on. Together we create a personalised checklist and a labelled inventory template you can maintain yourself. We do not take custody of your documents at any point.
How many sessions does the Lasting Memories Workshop involve? +
The workshop runs across several sessions, typically spread over a few weeks. The exact number depends on how much you wish to record and how you prefer to pace the work. We start with a short introductory conversation to understand your intentions, then build from there.
Are these services available outside Hat Yai? +
Our office is in Hat Yai, but many sessions can be held remotely by video call. If you are based elsewhere in Thailand or abroad, please reach out and we can discuss what is possible for your situation.

The Document Inventory is about doing — it results in a practical, labelled record of your own household's documents. Prices listed are per service. For the workshop, which spans multiple sessions, we are open to discussing a payment schedule that suits you. Please ask when you reach out and we will explain the options clearly.
